This leadership program is designed to develop key leadership skills and competencies for staff who demonstrate high potential as managers or operational leaders and whose leadership position is between front-line supervisor and director. Participants will enhance their leadership self-awareness and increase their institutional knowledge as well as develop their ability to work effectively with a team, lead change, manage projects, deal with conflict, and set direction. This is a 9 month program with an evening launch on September 17 as well as one session per month from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Please review the following proposed dates and indicate any that you cannot attend:
