Designed for tenure-track faculty and research assistant professors, this session will feature a panel of tenured full professors as they share their experiences of tenure and promotion - offering insight into the challenges, obstacles, and successes along this path. This will include a conversation on how to maintain a successful scholarly approach amid all the responsibilities and requests for faculty time and the emotional labor required to achieve set goals.
