The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering and Medicine Actional Collaborative on Preventing Sexual Harassment in Higher Education is hosting its first annual Public Summit on November 19 and 20, 2019, at the University of Washington. To facilitate broader participation in the Summit, the Office of Inclusive Excellence and the Office of Faculty Affairs in the Office of the Provost at Vanderbilt University are hosting a satellite meeting on November 19 in The Commons Center. The satellite meeting will stream a webcast of the live Summit sessions in Seattle. During breaks in the webcast, Vanderbilt will host a presentation and discussion on the 2019 AAU Campus Climate Survey and the 2019 Faculty and Postdoctoral Fellow Sexual Harassment Surveys for the Vanderbilt Community. Refreshments, including lunch, will be provided. Registrants may attend all or only part of the day’s sessions. Space is limited.
