Thank you for your interest in collaborating with the Career Center! Do you have an upcoming event that you need help with? Let’s talk about how we can make that possible. We look for intentional ways to support your student organization from presentations to sharing of professional resources to monetary support. There are a variety of things that need to be taken into consideration when planning an event together, time being one of them. For sponsorship of an event, monetary requests must be submitted at least 3 weeks prior to the session and not all monetary requests will be granted but please still submit regardless. Notes for events: • Date/time is dependent upon availability (we cannot guarantee your initial request). • 7:30 P.M. is generally the latest end time we will accommodate an event. • Each student organization is limited to one workshop per month. • A quick planning meeting is required with the Career Center prior to hosting a workshop. • While workshops do not include 1:1 coaching, many have interactive components and students will leave with action items. • The center is not able to pay for annual subscriptions or gift cards. • Once the logistics are set, your student organization promotes to their members to secure at least 15 attendees. • We have a few questions for you to fill out for us to learn more about how we can best support your student organization.
