Request for Change to HOD Structure

HOD majors who were admitted to Vanderbilt prior to Summer 2023: You are eligible to submit this form and request a change to your HOD Structure.

HOD majors who were admitted to Vanderbilt in Summer 2023 or later: You are automatically enrolled in the Domain Structure. You should not fill out this form, because you are not permitted to complete the Track Structure.

The department will review all HOD Structure change requests at the end of each semester, after all final grades are posted (in May, August, and December). Students will be notified at the end of the semester about the status of their request.
