Note: Financial Aid funds are limited for the 2014 Summer Session. Only those students who are required by the Dean of their respective school to attend Summer School will be awarded need-based grant or scholarship assistance. Some students may qualify for loan assistance based upon available funds

Available aid will be awarded on the basis of financial need in accordance with the following priorities:
1) Will graduate in July or August, 2014;
2) Are required by their respective academic dean to attend Summer School; or
3) Have not previously received financial aid for Summer School

I understand that I must carry a minimum of 6 credit hours for the entire summer session (3 hours for one session only) to be eligible for grant assistance if such funds are available. If I register for or drop to fewer hours than indicated on this application, I understand that my aid package will be subject to reduction. I hereby agree to notify the Office of Student Financial Aid and Undergraduate Scholarships of any changes in my enrollment.

I understand I will be responsible for any charges not covered by my summer assistance and I should not register unless I have adequate resources to pay all charges which will be in excess of my summer award. I also understand that all summer charges must be paid before I will be cleared to register for the Fall 2014 semester.
