All organizations are required to send in an artwork approval form and the appropriate banner design to the Brand Engagement and Governance Office for approval before production begins.
Upon approval from the Brand Engagement and Governance Office, the request will be forwarded to Images Printing for production.
All approved banners must be:

*Please note: All requests must be made in a timely fashion in order to secure preferred display dates and to allow for banner production time (1-3 weeks). The Brand Engagement and Governance Office reserves the right to determine the appropriateness of any banner.
