Off Cycle Payroll Request Form

HCM Specialists may use this form to request a payment to an employee or student worker outside of the person’s regular pay cycle.

These are requests and do not guarantee off-cycle payment.

In addition to this form, all necessary payment information (Time Card, Salary Change, etc.) must be entered and approved through all workflow steps, with the appropriate effective dates, before the published off-cycle deadline. If a request has been submitted, but approval is still outstanding after the deadline, the payment will be processed on the individual’s next regular paycheck, or the next off-cycle check run, whichever comes first.

NOTE: During holiday weeks, off-cycle processing is subject to change.
